Return window

You can return unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Items we can't accept

For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to start a return

Email brewaura@outlook.com with your order number and we will send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
